September 22nd - 26th, 2025
We are looking forward to hosting our Anglican Mission Clergy Retreat at Jericho Road Church Port Alberni on Vancouver Island BC this fall, and are grateful to share this time with several AM brothers and sisters from around the globe.
Our retreat begins with delegates arriving on the 22nd of September at the hotel and billets. Our first session will be held at 10:00am in the fellowship hall, with coffee, tea and a number of snacks provided from 9:00am to enable us to connect as people arrive from all across the country and beyond.

important note re: participation
With the great distances between us across our nation and indeed across the globe, our times together are few and precious. So we want to steward them well by asking all participants to commit to two basic parameters:
We all arrive on time and remain for the entire Retreat.
Yes, sometimes flights are delayed or significant events happen that require a change in plans. But there are few things more disruptive to fostering relationships and growing together than folks coming and going throughout an event like this. So let’s commit ourselves to one another and what the Lord wants to do in and through us. Please, no planned late arrivals or early departures.
There are no “business” meetings during the Retreat (or summit).
With national partners in the Mission coming together it’s probably a good opportunity to connect and get some strategic organizational work done. But any formal business meetings should be scheduled to take place prior to the Retreat (Tuesday night and/or Friday afternoon). Want help making that happen / booking a meeting room? Please contact Francis Awando.
